All orders placed on Mr Kurta are treated as final sales.
Once an order has been delivered, returns and refunds are not permitted.
Requests for return or refund will not be accepted for the following reasons:
Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect size selected while ordering
Preference related to color or design
Products purchased during sales or promotions
Gift cards or purchases made using promotional offers

Size Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange only for the same product, depending on stock availability.
Exchange requirements:
We will not exchange the size issue as you had placed the order after looking at our size chart.
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
A flat return shipping charge of ₹249 will apply for the exchange process.
Exchange requests made after 24 hours from the time of delivery will not be considered.

Color Variation
We make every effort to present product colors on our website as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color may occur between the displayed images and the actual product due to lighting conditions during photography, differences in screen resolution or device display settings, or natural variations in fabric dyes.
These minor variations are normal and will not qualify as a reason for return or exchange.
Delivery Damage Notice
If the outer package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel from the courier. Once the shipment has been accepted, we will not be responsible for any claims related to damage.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified after they have been successfully placed and processed.

We maintain high quality standards for all our garments. However, due to the natural properties of fabrics, slight differences in embroidery details or minimal color bleeding may occasionally occur.
Sizing

Customers are advised to review the size guide available on each product page before placing an order. Minor measurement variations may occur due to fabric type and manufacturing processes.
Color Display
Although we strive to present product colors accurately, the appearance of colors may differ slightly depending on device screen settings, image resolution, and lighting used during photography.
Wash Care
To maintain the quality and longevity of your garment, please carefully follow the wash care instructions provided on the product label.
Damage caused by improper washing or handling will not be considered a manufacturing issue.
